If you would like to make a batch of playdough for our classroom, here is a great recipe:
PLAYDOUGH
2 cups water
1/2 tsp food coloring
2 TBSP vegetable oil
1/2 cup salt
2 TBSP Cream of Tartar
2 cups flour
Combine all ingredients in a medium size saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens into a ball-like consistency. Remove from heat & knead the dough. Store in a ziploc bag or other air-tight container.
You can double the recipe to make a larger amount of dough.
